Tags: * against sticky meta/reviews * for decoupling reviews and conferences * for multi-conference rolling review
"1. Authors should not have any say in choosing reviewers during re-submission. If authors have a problem
with review quality, let them sign up as reviewers for the future. 2. It is not a good idea to assign
the same reviewers when the paper is resubmitted. Reviewers are not responsible for improving the paper.
It is tedious to go through the revisions. New reviewers (if available) can look at previous reviews
and decide for themselves if they agree with the reviews. 3. The core idea of decoupling conferences
from peer reviews is fantastic. We should submit papers when they are ready. This tremendously helps
authors in both academia and industry. 4. Recent cases where conferences have poor acceptance rates
has been terrible for authors. Also pandemic, war etc affect conference deadlines and submissions. ARR
idea is more relevant today, than even when it started last year! Papers should be judged on their merit.
And authors should have the option to get their peer-reviewed paper published at different conferences."
